Call for Public Awareness Camps
NSARF invites professors, educators, experts, researchers, and learners to collaborate in Public Awareness Camps under the NSARF Public Awareness Model. The initiative aims to promote scientific thinking, education, social responsibility, health awareness, environmental awareness, skill development, and community well-being across tribal, rural, and urban communities.
Through collaborative awareness activities, NSARF seeks to strengthen community participation and contribute to inclusive and sustainable social development.

Awareness Camp Guidelines
Standards for Evidence-Based Public Awareness Camps
- All awareness content must be evidence-based and supported by credible scientific sources.
- Medical and health-related content should follow relevant WHO and ICMR guidelines.
- All camps will be conducted under the NSARF Public Awareness Model: NPAM-01, NPAM-02, NPAM-03, and NPAM-04.
- Content will be provided in English, Hindi, and Odia, using simple language and clear graphical presentations for easy public understanding.
- The Sponsor, Principal Investigator (PI), or Contributor will be appropriately acknowledged alongside NSARF on all banners, presentations, and awareness materials.
- Awareness activities should be designed to be understandable, inclusive, culturally appropriate, and relevant to the target community.
Minimum Qualification of Sponsor, PI or Contributor
General / Other Fields
Minimum Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant subject. Higher qualifications such as M.Sc., Ph.D., or equivalent are encouraged.
Medical & Health Sciences
Minimum MBBS or equivalent medical qualification, with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Relevant Expertise
Preference may be given to individuals with relevant expertise, research experience, or professional credentials in the proposed awareness topic.
Role of NSARF
Promotion, Coordination, Communication & Publication
Facilitating awareness camps; coordinating with experts, institutions, and communities; connecting with tribal, rural, and urban populations; and promoting awareness activities through digital media, print media, publications, outreach, and community engagement.
All awareness camps conducted by NSARF across different locations in Odisha will be systematically documented and compiled into a mission-wise publication under the relevant NSARF Public Awareness Model (NPAM-01 to NPAM-04).
The publication will present documented evidence of awareness activities, including camp details, photographs, educational materials, participation, and outcomes.
The compiled publication will be formally launched and disseminated, with appropriate copies submitted to relevant Government of India authorities, institutions, and international knowledge or data repositories, wherever applicable, to support documentation, visibility, and knowledge sharing of evidence-based public awareness activities.
Annual Awareness Report Publication Launch
On the occasion of World Science Day for Peace and Development.
The publication may include an ISBN, e-book edition, and digital dissemination through platforms such as Google and Amazon Kindle, with the objective of supporting international knowledge sharing and wider accessibility.
Important Note
NSAR Foundation provides fieldwork, manpower, coordination, and operational support. The PI or study provider remains responsible for the research design, scientific methodology, project funding, ethical approval, legal permissions, regulatory compliance, and other required approvals and documentation. Fieldwork will commence only after the project requirements, responsibilities, budget, documentation, and terms are mutually discussed and agreed upon.
