Staff and Employment Disclaimer

NSARF engages staff and personnel primarily on an honorarium basis, depending on the requirements, duration, scope, and availability of its ongoing projects and programmes.
At present, NSARF does not have any permanent or fixed employment posts unless specifically announced through its official communication channels. If any permanent or contractual position is created in the future, the relevant details shall be officially published on nsarf.in.
Only information officially published or communicated through authorized NSARF channels shall be considered official information of NSARF. NSARF shall not ordinarily be responsible for unauthorized, misleading, altered, or independently published information circulated through third-party sources.
All staff members, irrespective of gender, are individually responsible for performing their assigned duties in accordance with their role, project requirements, NSARF policies, terms and conditions, and applicable laws.
Every staff member must understand and accept the applicable terms and conditions of engagement before commencing any work for NSARF.
Staff members are expected to maintain professional conduct and mutual respect during both office work and fieldwork.
Violence, physical or verbal abuse, intimidation, threats, harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any other unlawful or seriously inappropriate conduct is strictly prohibited in connection with NSARF activities.
Personal disputes or disagreements between staff members must not interfere with official duties, fieldwork, office activities, project responsibilities, or the reputation and functioning of NSARF.
Staff members are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and resolve workplace concerns through the authorized NSARF reporting or administrative process rather than disrupting programme or project activities.
If a serious dispute, misconduct, violence, harassment, or other violation of NSARF rules occurs between or involving staff members, NSARF reserves the right to investigate the matter and take appropriate administrative action, including warning, restriction of duties, suspension, removal from a project, or termination of the person’s association with NSARF, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
In circumstances involving an immediate risk to the safety of any person, NSARF may take immediate preventive or administrative measures while the matter is reviewed.
Each staff member is personally responsible for the proper performance of their assigned duties during office hours, field assignments, training activities, surveys, community programmes, and other authorized NSARF activities.
Staff members must not undertake duties beyond their assigned responsibilities or represent themselves as authorized to make decisions on behalf of NSARF unless such authority has been provided by the organization.
If a staff member is unable to perform assigned duties due to illness, physical or mental difficulty, personal circumstances, or any other condition that may affect their ability to work safely or effectively, the staff member should inform the NSARF office or designated supervisor as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, provide relevant written information.
A staff member should not undertake fieldwork or other duties when they believe they are not fit to perform the assigned work safely or responsibly. The matter should first be reported to the concerned NSARF authority for appropriate instructions.
Failure to report an inability to perform assigned duties, repeated absence without communication, refusal to perform agreed responsibilities, or failure to comply with applicable project requirements may result in non-assignment of work, suspension of engagement, or discontinuation of the person’s association with NSARF, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
As NSARF engagements are generally honorarium-based and project-dependent, honorarium shall be payable only for eligible work actually assigned and completed in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. No honorarium shall automatically arise for periods during which no work is assigned or approved, subject to any specific written agreement applicable to the individual engagement.
Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, an honorarium-based engagement shall not be interpreted as creating permanent employment, a guaranteed position, or a continuing right to remuneration or future engagement.
No staff member should assume that continued association with NSARF, receipt of an honorarium, or participation in a particular project creates a permanent or guaranteed position within the organization.
NSARF reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or suspend an individual’s project engagement when required by project conditions, organizational requirements, misconduct, non-performance, policy violations, funding limitations, or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law and any written contractual obligations.
NSARF primarily undertakes activities relating to survey, innovation, education, skill development, and community awareness through science and technology.
If any error, incorrect information, or incorrect designation is found in a staff member’s name or profile on the official website, the concerned person may contact NSARF through its official email or office. NSARF shall review the matter and make corrections or take appropriate action where necessary.
NSARF may remove, modify, suspend, or update a staff member’s name, designation, profile, or association from its website when the person’s engagement ends, is suspended, discontinued, or otherwise changes, or where such action is necessary for administrative, legal, or organizational reasons.
For clarification regarding staff status, duties, responsibilities, honorarium, terms of engagement, project assignments, or other official matters, staff members should contact the NSARF office or an authorized representative of the organization through official communication channels.
All staff members are expected to protect the professional reputation, confidentiality, safety, integrity, and legitimate interests of NSARF and the communities served by its programmes.
Nothing in this disclaimer shall prevent NSARF from complying with or exercising any rights available under applicable Indian laws, contractual agreements, workplace requirements, or other legally applicable provisions.

NSARF Membership Terms and Conditions

Newredmars Skill and Research Foundation (NSARF) offers two categories of membership: General Membership and Life Membership.
General Membership: The General Membership fee is ₹1,000. General Members are primarily associated with NSARF and may participate in activities or programmes as permitted by NSARF.
Life Membership: The Life Membership fee is ₹5,000. Life Membership shall be valid for a period of five (5) years, subject to the applicable NSARF rules, policies, and terms and conditions.
Life Members may be considered for participation in selected NSARF programmes, projects, training activities, community activities, research-related activities, or other approved work, depending on the requirements and objectives of the relevant programme or project.
Membership does not automatically guarantee employment, appointment, project allocation, remuneration, honorarium, financial benefit, promotion, or participation in any particular programme.
Where a member is selected to work on a particular NSARF project or programme, such work shall be undertaken according to the specific project requirements, NSARF policies, terms and conditions, and the responsibilities assigned to the member.
Any work performed by a member on an honorarium basis shall be subject to separate approval, assignment, and applicable terms and conditions. Membership alone does not create an entitlement to an honorarium.
Life Members may be considered for participation in different types of work and different projects according to their qualifications, experience, skills, organizational requirements, and project needs.
Payment of a membership fee does not create any ownership, partnership, employment, agency, or permanent position within NSARF.
Membership fees paid or remitted to NSARF are non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly approved by NSARF in writing.
Membership fees shall not be treated as an investment, deposit, donation made for financial return, or payment carrying any promise of financial benefit to the member.
Membership facilities, participation opportunities, and programme benefits shall be subject to NSARF policies, programme availability, organizational requirements, and applicable terms and conditions.
NSARF reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate membership where necessary due to violation of NSARF rules, misconduct, false information, unlawful activity, or other legitimate organizational reasons, subject to applicable law.
Membership does not authorize any member to represent themselves as an official spokesperson, office bearer, employee, authorized representative, or decision-maker of NSARF unless such authority is expressly granted in writing by NSARF.
All members shall maintain professional conduct, respect, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with NSARF policies while participating in any NSARF activity.
By applying for or accepting NSARF membership, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable membership terms and conditions.

Field Survey, Data Collection and Project Work Policy

NSARF undertakes field surveys and community-based surveys, including medical and public health-related fieldwork, according to the specific project requirements, Principal Investigator (PI) objectives, approved scope of work, and applicable NSARF policies.
Fieldwork may involve quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-method data collection, depending on the requirements mutually agreed upon before commencement of the project.
NSARF follows its own clear, transparent, and quality-focused data collection model. The methodology, field procedures, documentation, and quality-control practices are determined by the NSARF team according to the nature and requirements of the project.
Before starting any project, the PI must clearly communicate the required fieldwork objectives, study population, data requirements, methodology, geographical coverage, expected outputs, and other relevant requirements to the NSARF team.
The PI is advised to review NSARF’s applicable policies, activities, procedures, and fieldwork models available on the official nsarf.in website before entering into any project arrangement.
NSARF operates independently according to its organizational policies, professional standards, and agreed terms and conditions. No fieldwork or data collection will be undertaken under undue pressure, coercion, or instructions that conflict with NSARF’s policies, ethical standards, or agreed scope of work.
NSARF will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, transparent, and properly documented data to the PI in accordance with the agreed project methodology and scope.
Every project shall commence only after the relevant terms and conditions, scope of work, responsibilities, deliverables, and applicable NSARF policies have been mutually accepted by NSARF and the PI or concerned organization.
Any advance payment, professional charges, fieldwork charges, or other monetary arrangements shall be determined through mutual agreement between NSARF and the PI or concerned organization, based on the requirements and scope of the project.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advance or other payments made for a project shall not be refundable if the project is discontinued, cancelled, or stopped after commencement due to reasons attributable to the PI, client, funding agency, or other external circumstances.
The PI or concerned organization must review and agree to the applicable NSARF terms, conditions, policies, charges, and project requirements before making payment or commencing the project.
The PI shall obtain clear information from NSARF regarding applicable staff/day-based charges, travel expenses, food expenses, accommodation or stay expenses, field expenses, professional charges, and other project-related costs before commencement of fieldwork.
Fieldwork planning, field-team deployment, data collection procedures, supervision, quality control, and field implementation shall be designed and managed by the NSARF team in accordance with its approved methodology, policies, and professional practices.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, third parties shall not directly interfere with or control the fieldwork methodology, field-team operations, data collection process, or internal working procedures of NSARF.
Questions regarding the project scope, methodology, fieldwork requirements, timelines, or deliverables should be discussed and resolved before commencement of the relevant project activities.
For government-funded or government-associated projects, the work shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions agreed between NSARF and the relevant government department, agency, institution, or authorized organization, together with applicable laws and NSARF policies.
NSARF reserves the right to decline, modify, suspend, or discontinue any fieldwork or project activity if the requested work is inconsistent with its policies, ethical standards, professional requirements, legal obligations, agreed scope, or operational capacity.
By commencing a project or fieldwork assignment, the PI or concerned organization shall be deemed to have reviewed and accepted the applicable NSARF policies, terms, conditions, and project arrangements.
The latest policies and procedures published on the official nsarf.in website shall be treated as the applicable official information of NSARF, subject to any specific written agreement made for an individual project.

Awareness, Social Development and Community Programmes Policy

NSARF undertakes awareness activities primarily for social development, community development, education, and public awareness through science and technology.
Awareness programmes and related activities shall be organized according to the requirements, objectives, scope, and approved terms of the relevant project or programme.
Some awareness activities may be published or documented through Vigyasha Science Magazine, a brand of Newredmars Education Pvt. Ltd., where applicable.
All awareness programmes conducted under NSARF shall be carried out under the supervision of the designated Programme Coordinator or authorized person.
The Programme Coordinator or authorized person is responsible for ensuring that programme activities are properly planned, supervised, documented, and conducted in accordance with applicable NSARF policies and approved project objectives.
If any error, unauthorized activity, or violation is identified in a programme, NSARF will review the matter and take appropriate action. Where the matter falls within the responsibility of a designated coordinator, the coordinator may be required to provide an explanation and take corrective action.
All NSARF programmes must comply with applicable laws, government guidelines, safety requirements, and lawful community standards in India.
NSARF does not permit violence, intimidation, harassment, unlawful activities, discrimination, or activities that may cause harm to individuals or communities.
If any programme activity is found to violate applicable laws, government guidelines, NSARF policies, or approved programme conditions, NSARF reserves the right to suspend, modify, terminate, or remove the programme and related information from its official website.
Where serious misconduct or a policy violation is established, NSARF may take appropriate administrative action against the persons responsible, including suspension, removal from the programme, termination of association, or restriction from future participation, subject to applicable law and due process.
NSARF may restrict or discontinue the involvement of any person who is found, after appropriate review, to have intentionally directed, organized, supported, or facilitated prohibited or harmful activities.
Violence or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited in programmes conducted or supported by NSARF.
NSARF maintains a strict focus on social development, community awareness, education, science, and technology-based activities.
Activities that are outside the approved objectives of NSARF, or that do not have a legitimate connection with science, technology, education, social development, or community development, shall not be undertaken under the NSARF name without prior authorization.
All programme coordinators, staff members, volunteers, partners, and associated persons are expected to follow the applicable NSARF policies, project terms, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
NSARF reserves the right to review any programme or awareness activity at any time and to take appropriate corrective measures where necessary to protect participants, communities, the organization, and its institutional reputation.
Information regarding NSARF programmes that is officially published on nsarf.in shall be treated as the organization’s official public information. Information published through unauthorized sources shall not be treated as an official statement of NSARF.

Skill Development Programme Policy

All skill development programmes conducted by NSARF shall be designed and implemented according to the objectives, requirements, approved scope, and applicable terms of the relevant government or private project.
NSARF shall implement such programmes through its own approved policies, procedures, training models, and professional standards.
The objectives of the project shall be followed by the NSARF team while maintaining the organization’s independent operational procedures and quality standards.
All skill development programmes shall be conducted under the supervision of qualified experts, designated coordinators, and authorized representatives of NSARF, as applicable.
All staff members, trainers, coordinators, volunteers, participants, and associated persons involved in a programme shall comply with the applicable NSARF terms, conditions, policies, and programme guidelines.
No unauthorized third party shall interfere with, control, or alter the training methodology, programme implementation, staff responsibilities, assessment procedures, or internal operations of an NSARF programme.
Any project-specific requirement involving an external agency or partner shall be governed by a prior written agreement or mutually accepted terms between the concerned parties.
NSARF does not permit violence, harassment, intimidation, unlawful conduct, serious misconduct, or intentional violation of programme rules in any skill development programme.
If any person or organization is found to have violated applicable NSARF rules, programme conditions, or lawful requirements, NSARF reserves the right to investigate the matter and take appropriate corrective or administrative action.
Depending on the seriousness of the violation, NSARF may issue a warning, restrict participation, remove an individual from the programme, suspend activities, or terminate the programme, subject to applicable law and the relevant project agreement.
NSARF reserves the right to suspend or discontinue a skill development programme where continued operation may compromise participant safety, programme quality, legal compliance, organizational policies, or the agreed project objectives.
All programme activities shall be conducted in accordance with applicable Indian laws, relevant government requirements, project agreements, and NSARF policies.
By participating in or associating with an NSARF skill development programme, the concerned person or organization is expected to understand and comply with the applicable programme terms and conditions.

Study Materials and Publication Policy

Study materials, educational resources, training materials, awareness materials, and other publications developed or published for NSARF programmes may be published through Newredmars Education Pvt. Ltd., subject to the applicable terms and conditions and the mutual understanding between the concerned parties.
The publication, distribution, use, and management of such materials shall be governed by the mutually agreed terms, conditions, responsibilities, and applicable agreements between NSARF and Newredmars Education Pvt. Ltd.
Materials published under or in association with NSARF shall primarily support the objectives of education, social development, community development, skill development, scientific awareness, and public benefit.
All study and educational materials shall be developed, reviewed, and published in accordance with the relevant project objectives, applicable NSARF policies, and agreed publication procedures.
Any intellectual property, copyright, authorship, publication rights, or other rights relating to specific materials shall be determined according to the applicable written agreement or mutually accepted terms between the concerned parties.
Where any royalty, publication income, licensing income, or other permissible revenue is generated from materials associated with NSARF, its use or allocation shall be governed by the applicable agreement and relevant organizational policies.
Where such revenue is allocated to NSARF for social-purpose activities, NSARF intends to use the funds for social development, community development, education, skill development, scientific awareness, and other approved charitable or public-benefit activities.
No person or organization shall represent any publication or study material as an official NSARF publication unless such publication has been authorized or approved by NSARF through the appropriate channel.
Any third-party use, reproduction, modification, commercial distribution, or republication of NSARF-related materials shall be subject to applicable copyright, intellectual-property laws, and the permissions or terms established by the rights holder.
NSARF reserves the right to review, modify, withdraw, or discontinue publication of any material if it is found to contain significant errors, unauthorized content, legal concerns, or material inconsistent with NSARF’s objectives or policies.
All publication-related activities shall comply with applicable laws, contractual obligations, intellectual-property requirements, and the agreed terms between the concerned parties.

Digital Media and Online Content Policy

NSARF shall be responsible for digital media content that is officially published through the NSARF website, nsarf.in, or an officially authorized NSARF YouTube channel or other verified digital platform linked to or identified by NSARF.
Content published through the above-mentioned official channels shall be treated as the authorized digital communication of NSARF, subject to applicable laws and organizational policies.
NSARF shall not be responsible for unauthorized, misleading, altered, fabricated, or independently created digital content published by third parties that uses the name, logo, identity, photographs, designation, programme information, or other references to NSARF without authorization.
Individuals and organizations are advised to verify information about NSARF, its programmes, staff, projects, and activities through nsarf.in or other officially identified NSARF communication channels before relying on or sharing such information.
NSARF does not authorize any person to make false claims, misleading statements, unauthorized promotional content, fundraising appeals, recruitment announcements, or other representations on behalf of NSARF without prior authorization.
NSARF strongly discourages fake, misleading, deceptive, or unauthorized promotion using its name, logo, programmes, projects, staff, or institutional identity.
NSARF shall not ordinarily be responsible for promotional statements, endorsements, advertisements, social-media posts, videos, or other digital content independently created or circulated by individual staff members, volunteers, associates, or third parties, unless such content has been officially authorized or adopted by NSARF.
Staff members and other persons associated with NSARF shall not represent their personal views, activities, commercial interests, or independent communications as official statements or activities of NSARF without appropriate authorization.
NSARF staff members are engaged on an honorarium basis according to project requirements and applicable NSARF terms and conditions. Their individual activities, statements, endorsements, or promotional communications shall not automatically be considered official communications of NSARF.
Any person who identifies themselves as representing NSARF in digital media, promotional activities, fundraising, recruitment, project communication, or public communication must have appropriate authorization from NSARF.
If NSARF becomes aware of unauthorized or misleading digital content using its name or identity, the organization may take appropriate action, including requesting correction or removal, issuing a clarification, restricting the person’s association with NSARF, or pursuing other lawful remedies where appropriate.
NSARF reserves the right to modify, remove, correct, or update content published through its official digital platforms when necessary because of factual errors, policy changes, legal requirements, project changes, or other legitimate reasons.
Official information published on nsarf.in shall take precedence over conflicting or inconsistent information circulated through unauthorized websites, social-media accounts, videos, advertisements, messages, or other third-party sources.

Institutional Disclaimer and Authorization

The Newredmars Skill and Research Foundation (NSARF) is an independent organization engaged in activities relating to health, education, skill development, research, social development, community development, and other approved programmes in accordance with its objectives, policies, and applicable laws.
NSARF undertakes its activities in accordance with its established rules, policies, terms and conditions, project requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
Any individual, institution, government agency, private organization, researcher, Principal Investigator (PI), or other entity wishing to propose or undertake a project in association with NSARF should contact the authorized office or authorized representative of NSARF through its official communication channels.
Dr. U.K. Parida, Chairman and Founder of NSARF, may provide institutional direction, supervision, guidance, or authorization in accordance with his role and the applicable governance structure of NSARF. His involvement in institutional oversight shall not, by itself, make him personally responsible for every action, statement, decision, expense, commitment, or activity undertaken by staff members, volunteers, consultants, project personnel, partners, or third parties.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, no staff member, volunteer, consultant, project personnel, partner, or third party shall represent that they are acting personally on behalf of Dr. U.K. Parida or that Dr. U.K. Parida has personally approved, guaranteed, funded, supervised, or undertaken any particular activity.
All projects, programmes, field activities, research activities, training programmes, surveys, publications, and other institutional activities shall be undertaken under the applicable NSARF policies, approved project terms, designated responsibilities, and agreed terms and conditions.
Any person or organization proposing a project must obtain clear written confirmation from the appropriate NSARF authority before representing that the project has been approved, sponsored, supported, or officially associated with NSARF.
Communications, commitments, financial arrangements, contractual obligations, and project decisions made by individual staff members or third parties without proper authorization shall not automatically constitute obligations of Dr. U.K. Parida personally or of NSARF.
NSARF shall be responsible for its officially authorized institutional activities. Dr. U.K. Parida shall not be personally liable for unauthorized acts, omissions, representations, commitments, misconduct, or activities carried out independently by staff members, volunteers, consultants, partners, or third parties, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
Any information regarding NSARF, its projects, programmes, staff, activities, or official decisions should be verified through NSARF’s official website and authorized communication channels.
NSARF reserves the right to approve, modify, suspend, reject, or discontinue any proposed or ongoing project where the activity is inconsistent with its policies, objectives, terms and conditions, legal requirements, ethical standards, or operational capacity.
